Ekaterina Tokareva
-a member of the Russian Artists’ Union.
Born in Leningrad in 1959. Got a degree from the V. I. Mukhina Higher School of Industrial Design (now the Stieglitz Industrial Design Academy).
Worked at the Leningrad Art Crafts Association as wood painter.
Produces ceramics and graphic works; runs a children’s studio. A regular participant in various Russian and international art exhibitions and symposia. Her works have entered museums and private collections in Russia and Europe. She practices traditional and primitive art styles.
