Exhibition “The History of Bookmarks” took place in the Museum of Printing in Saint-Petersburg from 1st to 30th of September 2011.
At the exhibition you can explore an amazing and colorful world of bookmarks from the early 19th century to modern constructions. The exposition is based on the private collection of Elena Bulkina and Company "Nevsky znak" - the producer and publisher of the project "Russian bookmark" (St. Petersburg).

The exhibition “The history of bookmarks” from the private collection of Elena Bulkina and “Nevsky zhak” company opened on the 11th of March 2011 in the Library and Reading Rooms named after Ivan Turgenev in Moscow.
Committee on Culture of the Government of St. Petersburg and Interdistrict Centralized Library System named after Mikhail Lermontov present the exhibition "History of bookmarks" at the conference "Moscow-St Petersburg: let’s support the book and reading together".
The exhibition will be held from March 11th to April 1st, 2011 at the Exhibition Hall of the Moscow Library and Reading Rooms named after Ivan Turgenev.
